CAIRO TRUETYPE

This is a TrueType version of the popular freeware font Cairo, which was designed by Clark Riley and uploeaded to America Online as a PostScript Type 1 typeface. I used Ares FontMonger 1.5.7 to convert Cairo to TrueType format; otherwise, I have made no changes to the font.

Riley has given permission for this conversion by the following e-mail message:

Greetings, fellow Tar Heel (BS chem 72, MS chem 73).  You are free to make a TrueType version and continue its distribution, as long as the read-me accompanies it.  You will get almost instantaneous response if you use my InterNet address (can be used within America Online) - clark.riley@qmail.bs.jhu.edu.

If you have any problems converting it with FontMonger, please let me know.  I can convert it and send it to you right away.
