Instructions:
Just unzip and stick a copy in your C:\Windows\Fonts 
Directory (Windows 95 and NT4).  For Windows 3.x Unzip 
or copy the fonts into the WINDOWS subdirectory; go 
to Control Panel, select FONTS, select ADD, scroll to 
the font you wish to add, double-click on the font's 
name and you're done!

These Surf Bats make fun bullets.  

The way I set up the font was to 
add characters starting at Capital A, B, Etc....  I made a second
copy of the characters in this sentence "The quick brown fox jumps
over the lazy dog".  This looks confusing but if you double click on
Surfbat.ttf you will see the Windows 95 font viewer.  If you only have
capital letters then you don't see the font in the different point 
sizes unless you use the characters in that sentence.
